Summary
[edit]DescriptionVictoria and Albert Museum (5341098805).jpg |
The ironworks collection. V&A has a very wide scope of exhibits - including plaster copies of key architectural masterpieces from throughout the UK (so that architecture students in London do not need to make distant field trips), fakes and forgeries, and musical instruments. And like most other noteworthy London museums, admissions is free, though visitors are more than welcome to leave a suggested donation of £3, €5, or $5 US (or the equivalent amounts in whatever currency I happen to be carrying) at the collection boxes at the entrances. I loved museum-hopping in London. |
