Description
English: A laboratory vibrating sieve for the measurement of particle size distribution. It can analyze solid samples or suspensions.
Measuring range in wet sieving of this model: 20 µm (635 mesh) to 10 mm.
Français : Une tamiseuse à vibrations de laboratoire.

Mode de fonctionnement : un entraînement électromagnétique déplace les tamis verticalement dans un mouvement oscillant (amplitude réglable).
Domaines d'application : utilisée en contrôle qualité pour la surveillance de la production, ou en recherche pour les séparations et analyses granulométriques.
Jusqu'à 10 tamis d'analyse et un fond de tamis par séquence.
Répond à la norme DIN 66165 : résultats de tamisage reproductibles.
Photo : tamiseuse FRITSCH modèle « analysette 3 » PRO avec accessoires pour tamisage humide (procédé utilisé pour les produits à haute charge électrostatique ou possédant un taux très élevé de fines particules) :

  • tête de tamisage équipée de buses ;
  • fond de tamis avec tubulure d'écoulement d'eau.

Tamis d'analyse : l'ouverture de mailles est ici de 250 µm.
