Français : Achevé en 1902 par l'ingénieur Paul Bodin qui gagna le concours d'architecture devant Gustave Eiffel, le viaduc ferroviaire est toujours en service.
D'une longueur de 460 m pour une portée maximale de 220 m et 116 m de hauteur au dessus de la rivière Viaur, la construction du viaduc, est non seulement un exploit technique, mais aussi un exploit humain car il n'y eut aucun mort à déplorer. Plusieurs techniciens ayant participé à la construction de ce viaduc, ont aussi participé à la construction du viaduc de Garabit et à celle de la tour Eiffel.
