Italiano: Il palazzo di via XX Settembre 31, Genova. Progettato da Dario Carbone, situato all'incrocio fra via XX Settembre e via V Dicembre (all'epoca via Portoria). Foto proveniente dall'archivio Alfred Noack, ma non presente nel catalogo riassuntivo del 1905 né nel supplemento (1905-1912) pubblicati dopo la sua morte. Essendo l'arcone di Gaetano Orzali stato installato nella prima decade del 1900, dopo la morte di Noack, la fotografia è certamente opera di Carlo Paganini, successore di Noack nella gestione dello studio fotografico. Sulla lastra è riportato il nome "Paganini Carlo".
