Description
English: National Open-air Museum in the Czech Republic, outdoor exposition of folk architecture with name Merry Hill in the Open-air Museum Highland (in the years 1982–2018 called the Set of Folk Buildings Highland). In the photo is a granary for grain and the farmhouse from the vicinity of Hlinsko, comes from the ethnographic area with name "Horácko" (from the nordic part with name Czech "Horácko"). The grain granary was transferred from the small village of Stan (part of the village Vítanov), the farm is a copy of the original building. The object serves the needs of the museum. In the object is also a souvenir shop and cash register for entry into the exposition. The exposition is located in the small hamlet Merry Hill (Czech name: Veselý Kopec), in the part of a village Highland (Czech name: Vysočina), on a territory of the Pardubice Region (Czech name: Pardubický kraj). In the area of a outdoor exposition green touristic route of the Czech Tourists Club, the all-year-round accessible (section trail, Czech names: Králova Pila – Veselý Kopec – Dřevíkov). In the route also Homeland trail the Landscape of Chrudimka River, point number 9 – Merry Hill. Čeština: Národní muzeum v přírodě v České republice, venkovní expozice lidové architektury s názvem Veselý Kopec v Muzeu v přírodě Vysočina (v letech 1982–2018 s názvem Soubor lidových staveb Vysočina). Na fotografii je obilná sýpka a statek z okolí Hlinska, pochází z národopisné oblasti s názvem Horácko (ze severní části pojmenované České Horácko). Obilná sýpka byla přenesena z malé vesničky Stan (část obce Vítanov), farma je kopií původní budovy. Objekt slouží potřebám muzea. V objektu je také obchod s dárky a upomínkovými předměty a pokladna pro vstup do expozice. Expozice se nachází v malé vesnici Veselý Kopec, v části obce Vysočina, na území Pardubického kraje. Areálem venkovní expozice vedená zeleně značená turistická trasa Klubu českých turistů, celoročně přístupná (úsek: Králova Pila – Veselý Kopec – Dřevíkov). V trase také vlastivědná stezka Krajem Chrudimky, stanoviště č. 9 – Veselý Kopec.
