(Inquartato: nel primo di rosso alla croce d'argento; nel secondo e nel terzo d'azzurro alla torre di due ordini d'argento, merlata alla guelfa aperta e finestrata di nero; nel quarto di rosso a tre sbarre d'argento; sul tutto uno scudetto d'oro all'aquila bicipite di nero a volo abbassato coronata dello stesso sulle due teste, timbrato da una corona all'antica.)
