Description:

Insigne des blessés noir, sur base cuivrée, ainsi que le crochet de fermeture en bas, l'épingle verticale, et son axe du revers.

Description iconographique:

L'insigne est ovale avec une croix gammée brochant sur un casque allemand modèle 1935 au centre, derrière lequel s'entrecroisent des glaives, le tout entouré par une couronne de lauriers.
