Deutsch: Verpflichtungsvertrag 1914 - Niedrigst-Preisabsprache zwischen Kürschnern und Hutmachern in Bad Hersfeld.
Verpflichtungsvertrag.
Wir, die unterzeichneten Kürschner Bernhard Prager, Emil Groß, Hutmacher Johannes Otto, Martin Biel verpflichten uns gegenseitig, durch eigenhändige Unterschrift, bei 25 Mk. Strafe, zu zahlen in die Kasse deß Reichs[?]bundes deutscher Hutgeschäfte, in hiesiger Stadt Mützen für die Bürgerschule, nicht billiger als wie zu vorstehendem Preiße zu verkaufen, auch keinen Rabatt,noch sonst irgendwelche Zuwendungen zu gewähren.
Festgesetzte Preiße:
Knabenmütze M. 2.-, Mädchenmütze M. 2.50.
