English: Verney Junction railway station (site), Buckinghamshire Opened in 1868 by the Aylesbury & Buckingham Railway at the point where that line crossed the Oxford to Cambridge line. The station closed in 1968. View west towards Claydon and Oxford, also, by turning right, Padbury and Buckingham. Both platforms are extant, in the undergrowth. |
