Description
Deutsch: Dokumentation zu Werbemünzen des Wiener Präparators Veleba, bzw. Weleba, Wien 7, Zieglergasse 41.
Und: Zur Erinnerung an die Jubiläumsausstellung 1891 in Prag.
  • Lehmanns Adressbuch von Wien: Bis 1872 nannte sich die Familie Veleba und betrieb eine Kürschnerwerkstatt in Wien.
  • Seit 1874 ist die Eintragung im Adressbuch Weleba, die Familie betrieb an der gleichen Adresse eine Kürschner Werkstatt, später (ca.1900) auch Präparator.
  • Ab 1901 bis 1928 Zieglergasse 76

1901-1928: Weleba, F. J., Kürschner und Präparateur, VII Zieglerg. 76, Specialist in Thierteppichen, Pelzdecken mit naturalisirten Köpfen etc.
  • Allgemeine Landes-Jubiläums-Ausstellung in Prag 1791-1891. Ursprünglich für die Jubiläumsausstellung im Jahre 1891 erbaut. Eines der schönsten Jugendstilbaudenkmäler in Prag mit einer 238 m langen Stahlbogenkonstruktion und einem 51 m hohen Turm in der Mitte. Am 17.10.2008 ist ein Feuer auf dem Prager Messegelände im Stadtteil Holešovice ausgebrochen. Konkret im 117 Jahre alten Industriepalast. Das unter Denkmalschutz stehende Gebäude war gegen Feuer offenbar nicht ausreichend geschützt.
