Description
Čeština: JUDr. Rudolf Mareš (* 1909 - † 1944), představitel YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association – křesťanského sdružení mladých mužů); za proterktorátu aktivní v protiněmeckém odboji jako člen Ústředního vedení odboje domácího (ÚVOD) a Petičního výboru Věrni zůstaneme (PVVZ). Popraven v roce 1944 v sekyrárně Pankrácké věznice v Praze. Vazební fotografie z Pankrácké věznice v Praze, asi polovina roku 1944.
English: JUDr. Rudolf Mareš (* 1909 - † 1944), representative of the YMCA (Young Men's Christian Association). During proterktorate was active in the anti-German resistance movement as a member of the Central management of domestic resistance (ÚVOD) and in the Committee on Petitions Faithful Forever (PVVZ). Executed in 1944 in the Pankrac prison (Prague). Arrest photo from Pankrac prison in Prague, about half in 1944.
