Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Hieratic inscription on an ancient Egyptian vase (below) dedicated to the Chief of the Ma Pawarma by his two sons. The vase is dated to the regnal year 33 of an unnamed pharaoh who, considering such a long reign, could only be Shoshenq III or Shoshenq V, both of the 22nd Dynasty. From Tuck el-Garamus, eastern Nile Delta, now in Cairo Museum, JE 27744.
