Description
English: A South Indian preparation of brinjal (aubergines/eggplant) made with spicy mixture obtained from fenugreek leaves. It is usually taken with rice and the spiciness of the curry is balanced by the blandness of the rice to give a very delicious taste that also is highly palatable.
