Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Unitarian minister Vanessa Southern removing ribbons at the church in Summit, NJ. Each ribbon represented a fallen soldier, and has his or her name written on the ribbon. The ribbons were hung on the outside of the church for several years as a tribute and memorial for the fallen soldiers. Later, the ribbons will be buried in a ceremony to honor them.
