Mr. Levin's collection was published by the Toledo Blade in a book entitled "You Will Do Better in Toledo: From Frogtown to Glass City," edited by Sandy and John R. Husman. This colored postcard features the Valentine Theatre, 410 Adams Street, at the corner of Adams and St. Clair Streets, in Toledo, Ohio. Handwritten information on the back indicates the card was addressed to Miss Hadie Barnard, 209 State St., Fremont, Ohio. The postcard is dated and postmarked August 20, 1912. |
