Description

Nymphal instar III of Valenciolenda fadaforesta (SEM). Thorax in dorsal view A specimen 1 B specimen 2. Note variation among individuals. In specimen 1 a waxy substance covers the tergites, absent in the specimen 2. The variation in the number of structures present in the same organism can also be observed in specimen 2, with 7 pores in the left section and 8 on the right.
