Summary
[edit]DescriptionV2 in the Deutsche Museum (1787866917).jpg |
The Deutsche Museum in Munich houses a huge collection of science and technology artefacts and exhibits. Included in the Aeronautics and Astronautics section is the forerunner of probably all the space rockets used today -- the V2. Ironic that the descendants of the device which rained terror and death upon thousands of Londoners during WWII ended up carrying the space age ambitions of all mankind. |
