English: General Falkenhayn (having arrived in 1917 in Jerusalem as new commander of Ottoman forces in Palestine appointed in September of that year) with his daughter Erika von Falkenhayn (married von Tresckow; 1904–1974), Jamal Pasha (Cemal Paşa), at the Jerusalem Train Station in Palestine. Others shown with them include: the German Consul General Heinrich Brode (1874–1936), the Austrian Consul General Friedrich Kraus (1878―1958), Fuad Bey (Ali Fuat Cebesoy, Chief of Staff to Cemal Paşa, 1st line 3rdFR) and Abdul Karim Bey (Abdul Kerim Pasha, behind Erika von Falkenhayn).
