6 October 2017. Rubbish bags in a favoured place for dumpers: the corner of Somerset Road N17 and Rawlinson Terrace. Haringey Council staff had put one of their red and white signs on the fence. The wording says: "Fly-tippers we're looking for you". Although it seems to me they are unlikely to find who they're looking for without some basic 'detective' work. For example, opening the bags may help. So might having a camera pointed at this location.
