| Description |
English: Crewmen of a PACV (Patrol Air Cushion Vehicle) and Vietnamese troops round up Viet Cong suspects during an operation conducted in the Plain of Reeds near Moc Hoa. A second PACV can be seen in the background. The very presence of the “roaring monsters” which the air cushion vehicles are called, skimming across the rice paddies at speeds up to 65 mph, was inducement enough for some Viet Cong to surrender.
