Description
Deutsch: Urkunde von Franz Joseph I. (Kaiser von Österreich, 1830-1916) über die Löschung der Lehensbande für Karl Freiherrn v. Lempruch. Betrifft die vom Salzoberamt in Gmunden als Lehnstube über die vormals vom erzherzoglichen Kollegium der Gesellschaft Jesu zu Passau und dem dort inkorporiert gewesenen Stift und Gotteshaus Traunkirchen und nun vom Erzherzogtum Österreich ob der Enns herrührenden Lehenstücke, welche mit Lehensbrief vom 15.3. 1799 dem Freiherrn Peter Pirckheimer von Waffenbach verliehen wurden. Urkunde ausgestellt Wien, 6. September 1851, mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift des niederösterreichischen Statthalters Joseph Wilhelm Freiherrn v. Eminger, Gegenzeichnung Statthaltereirat Franz v. Riedl (für die landesfürstliche Lehnstube des Erzherzogtums Österreich ob und unter der Enns). Pergamtnurkunde, 42 x 53 cm, gestochene Intitulatio, anhängendes Siegel in lackierter Holzkapsel.
