Deutsch: „R. Burchard von Berwinkel und seine Söhne Günzel, Burchard und Johann, und Burchards Brüder, die Knappen Burchard und Günzel, mit ihren Söhnen Friedrich, Burchard und Günzel nehmen vom Stift (Bischof Hermann, Probst Günther, Dekan Siegfried) je eine Hufe in Marbeck, Bühne, Aderstedt, Berklingen und Gunsleben, je eine halbe in Stötterlingen, Osterwieck, Sargstedt und Ausleben und 3 Hufen in Rhoden zu Lehn, die ihr freies Eigentum waren, zugleich mit 1 Hufe in Rottmersleben und 2 Talent 7 Schillingen in Lemsel und Wüstemark, die der Abt von Ilsenburg dem Stift überlässt. Dafür übereignet das Stift dem Kloster Mariental 1 Hufe in Dodendorf, dem Stift U.L. Frauen 1 Hufe in Nieder-Runstedt, 2 in Nettorf, 2 in Osterwieck, 4½ Hufen in Berwinkel, und dem Kloster Ilsenburg 1½ Mark in Hullingerode“ 1302. – Es siegeln (v.l.) Johann von Dreileben (Probst zu Sankt Petri in Goslar), Burchard, Burchard II. und ihr Oheim Günzel von Berwinkel (Kanoniker U.L. Frauen) und R. Bertold von Ditfurth, Ehemann der Ermegard, Schwester der obigen Brüder. |
