Deutsch: „Kaufbrief Ritter Burchards des Jüngeren von Berwinkel für das Kloster Stötterlingenburg über den vom Stift Halberstadt zu Lehen gehenden Zehnt zu Arslem mit der Verpflichtung zum Einleger, wenn er dem Kloster binnen 2 Jahren das Dominium directum nicht zu Kaufe gebracht habe. 1295 in vig. Joh. Bapt.“ – Anhängend Burchards Siegel, Schildförmig, Wolf springend (ruhend) über zwei Garben. Umschrift: „S' BORCHARDI · IVNIORI · DE · B'WINKEL“.
