Description
Deutsch: Erste Erwähnung eines Berwinkel. Schenkungsurkunde des Bischofs Adelog von Hildesheim mit dem Kloster Riechenberg vom 20. April 1181 in kunstvoll auf Pergament ausgeführter lateinischer Zierschrift. Unter den 35 Zeugen: Burchardus & Widekindus de Wolferbutle und Iso de Berwinkele (vorletzte und letzte Zeile über dem Stempel). Kurzfassung: „Adelhogus, Bischof v. Hildesheim schenkt dem Stift Richenberg auf Bitten des dortigen Propstes Lambert und der Mönche die bischöflichen Lehngüter zu Kattingerod, auf die die bisherigen Lehnsinhaber Tidericus und Eschwinus, Söhne des Tedelin v. Walmoden, verzichtet haben, und den Neilenberch, wogegen letztere die früher dem Stift gehörigen 10 Hufen zu Naun als Lehen vom Bischof erhalten.“
