English: An Australian soldier assigned to Task Group Taji instructs an Iraqi soldier assigned to the 71st Iraqi Army Brigade on M16 rifle procedures during the initial phases of urban operations training at Camp Taji, Iraq, Nov. 2, 2015. The soldier taught the Iraqi soldiers how to safely maneuver during patrols and other urban assault scenarios. Since January, Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve has helped build the Iraqi Security Forces’ capacity to fight by training six Iraqi army brigades, 10 Peshmerga battalions, 2,100 counter-terrorism service personnel and more than 2,500 popular mobilization forces.
