Description
English: The Semiliguda Urban Primary Health Care Centre (UPHC) is located in the Semiliguda region of Koraput district in Odisha. This urban health center provides primary health care services to the local population. It offers maternal health services, child health services, basic health care, and treatment for diseases such as tuberculosis and malaria​.

ଏହା ଏକ ନାଗରିକ ଶୁଭିଦାମୂଳକ ସ୍ଥାନ ଯାହା ଉର୍ବନ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଗରିବ ବାସିନ୍ଦାଙ୍କୁ ନିଶୁଳ୍କ ଔଷଧ ସୁବିଧା ଏବଂ ସମୟମାନ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା ଦେଇଥାଏ। ସେମିଲିଗୁଡାର ଏହି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଟି ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ବାହାର ରୋ​ ​ଯ୍ୟ କରୁଛି।
