Description
English: An uplanned, urban cul-de-sac in Ottawa, ON that was created to relieve congestion on a key arterial. It excludes cars but it is fully permeable to pedestrians, bicycles and wheelchairs. Its entrnace links to a long busy Main Street. An example of the Fused Grid model.
