English: Upper level walkway above Premier Inn, Oxford Street On a damp, dull day with few people around, this part of the upper level walkway is far from attractive and doesn't feel a place to linger. All is not helped by the slope down, the partly covered roof and high walls, red paint and debris of drink cans and bottles (all empty). |
