| Description |
English: Upper Woodcott Down Heading north, an estate road comes in from the right, joining the Wayfarer's Walk and Whitchurch Cycle Trail (where the photographer is standing). The route climbs back towards the crest of the downs ahead, the woodland being at the northern edge of the square. In front of that the section of downland is named Rabbit Warren on 1:25K map. Most of the downs round here could be given that name! |
