English: Upper South Farm near Doddershall. Looking south from the unclassified road to Doddershall House, this is Upper South Farm which dates from the 17th century. The farm together with Lower South Farm which is 500m off camera to the right, are named as South Farms on the OS 1:50,000 Map.
The gate in the foreground is on a footpath that crosses the former Great Central Railway off camera to the left, see 1048292, and goes south-west towards Westcott. |
