English: The systems don't seem to be working.
I re-reported this overflowing wastebin in Haringey's carpark "C" in Stoneleigh Road. And also that other dumped rubbish was still uncollected over a week after I'd reported it. Why is a Council carpark used to store a wastebin? Had the rubbish in this carpark been reported by staff from the Council or from Veolia - Haringey's waste contractors? Is the Parking Service checking the permits of cars parked there and if so, are these staff asked to report dumping and other problems? Please scroll down. See where this picture was taken. |
