Deutsch: Bildunterschrift: „Schulenburg-Dragoner 1717–1732“. Bilderklärung: „Uniformbild Nr. 1 zeigt die Uniformierung, wie solche von der Errichtung des Regiments bis zum Jahre 1782 getragen wurde. Der Offizier und der Dragoner zu Pferde sind zur Revue in vollem Paradeanzug. Der Offizier und der Unteroffizier zu Fuß tragen statt der hohen Stiefel weißleinene Stieffletten. Der Unteroffizier hat, den damaligen Ehrenbezeugungen entsprechend, den Hut abgenommen. Aus der Dachluke sieht ein Dragoner im Stallanzuge mit der Furagiermütze. Die Tambours und Hoboisten waren überall, abweichend von den Mannschaften, hier rot gekleidet. Die Perücken waren nicht mehr gebräuchlich, es wurde das eigene Haar vorn kurz geschnitten und hinten in einen langen Zopf gebunden, auch gepudert, getragen. Die Pferde waren mit dem deutschen Sattel bekleidet. Das Gepäck mit dem steifen Mantelsack, dem Futtersack und dem darauf geschnallten Mantel war sehr schwer. Flinte, Pikettpfahl und der Stiel einer Sense waren auf der rechten Seite in einem Schuh untergebracht.“ |
