Description
English: A cast copper alloy object of unknown date and function. The terminal is hollow and conical, measuring 19mm long and 9mm in diameter at the end. The cone is filled with clear glass. from the cone projects a shaft 62mm long and circular in section, measuring 4mm in diameter. The shaft flattens at the tip to form a scoop which is sub-oval in plane and measures 11mm long and 7mm wide.

A similar object has been found and recorded as BERK-4D9421. This object has been identified as a medieval ear scoop.
