| Description |
Français : Une maison du village de Gjógv situé dans Eysturoy. Cette maison aux murs partiellement bardés de bois possède un toit à deux pans inclinés. Dans ce toit une grande lucarne (Zwerchhaus) a été construite afin de disposer de place supplémentaire dans les combles aménagés. La toiture est constituée de plaques de tôle ondulée peintes en rouge afin de donner une touche de gaîté dans un environnement de beauté austère.
Gjógv signifie "ravin" et Eysturoy "Île de l' Est". Gjógv, Eysturoy, Îles Féroé. |
