Description
English: The Undersea Resort will consist of 110 suites on two levels. The first floor will be at 13 feet below sea level, and the second at 25 feet below sea level. The suites will be 1,200 square feet each and have large viewing windows directly into the open ocean habitat. Additionally, 290 suites on five-floor levels. From sea level to 130 feet to top of mast.

The Sea Observatory starts above water and leads down to each of the ocean levels. In addition to viewing and understanding the open ocean environment, there will be an education area which will be home to the live demonstrations and special events hosted by the ocean sciences local school departments to prepare students for careers in research. Also, Special programs will be provided for children.

The Undersea Scientific Observatory will provide a unique resource for oceanographers and biologists to observe sea life behavior in a 24 hours setting as well as participate in enhancement projects for underwater environments. The University of Hawaii has expressed strong interest in participating in this program to support a vibrant ecosystem with a range of sea creatures, corals, and other marine life. Establishing new education and recreation opportunities and providing a safe and engaging ocean environment for all ages and abilities are central to the Undersea Habitat development.

These ocean environment experiences will be supported by land based facilities to accommodate visitor parking, guest reception and orientation, and back of house services.
