English: The Old Quindaro Museum is located in Kansas City, Kansas. It was founded by Jesse Hope in an effort to enrich Kansas City and bring awareness to the "Old Quindaro Museum" area.
The Old Quindaro Museum also houses an extensive photograph display not only of the "Old Quindaro Ruins" and History, but the families that made it all posible. The only African American Museum in Wyandotte County. The preservation and historical presence of the African American community in the Old Quindaro Township from 1856 to the present day. |
