English: “You learn in the service to enjoy testing boundaries and testing limits, and it’s something I haven’t done for a while, so I’m excited to rejuvenate that part of me,” Manciaz said. “I never imagined that I would have the opportunity to scuba dive. I’m really grateful for all the veterans programs.”
