Description
English: Lalitpur Municipal Corporation Ward no. 14 Gunakhel i.e. Uma Maheshwar temple located at Tikhideval. According to the priests in the temple, the idol of Uma Maheshwar is said to be 5057 years old and is mentioned in the inscription in the temple. The temple of Uma Maheshwar was built later. There are idols of various other deities in the temple premises. Although the temple is so old, the priest said he did not know the history of the temple. I also found that the history of this temple was mentioned somewhere. The temple complex is very attractive and fun.
