Deutsch: Fachwerkhaus in Traufstellung Auf dem Kreuz 19, angeblattetes Fachwerk, möglicherweise mittelalterlich, mindestens jedoch vor 1612. Gelistet auf S. 13 in Hans Bender: Stadt Ulm: Historische Bausubstanz, 1975. Das Haus hat die Gebäude-Nr. 12 in Erwin Zint: Bilanzierung Historische Bausubstanz Ulm, 1993, wird dort aber nicht mehr gelistet, offenbar in der Annahme, dass es abgerissen worden sei. Auf dem Plan auf S. 82/83 in Barbara Schäuffelen: Auf dem Kreuz, ISBN 3-00-003960-0, ist es ebenfalls als abgerissen markiert wie viele andere Häuser innerhalb der Blocks des Sanierungsgebiets. Aber dennoch scheint dieses Fachwerkhaus überstanden zu haben — im Vergleich zu 1974 ist das Fachwerk freigelegt, die Fensterstruktur wurde beibehalten, eine Dachgaube ist verschwunden. Ein eigenständiger Eingang ist nicht mehr zu erkennen, auch fehlt die Hausnummer, möglicherweise ist es nur noch über den Neubau Auf dem Kreuz 14 zugänglich. Das gesamte Sanierungsgebiet „Auf dem Kreuz“ einschließlich dieses Hauses wurde 1986 unter Ensembleschutz gestellt nach § 19 DSchG in Baden-Württemberg, siehe S. 67 in Barbara Schäuffelen: Auf dem Kreuz, ISBN 3-00-003960-0.
