Juan Loera-Rogers, Quilcine, Washington native, and Carpentry and Masonry Specialist with 18th Military Police Brigade, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, answers questions during a knowledge board during the U.S. Army Europe and Africa Best Warrior Competition at U.S. Army Garrison Hohenfels Training Area, Germany, Aug. 8. Competitors receive a test of their knowledge regarding areas such as military leadership, U.S. Army history, tactical communication, and other focused topics while displaying proper military bearing and appearance.
