Description A U.S. Navy Consolidated PBY-1 of patrol squadron VP-11F (left) and a P2Y-3 of VP-7F (right) during an exhibition staged for Movietone News off San Diego, California (USA), 14 September 1936. The aircraft laid a smoke screen (visible in the background) and are flying over the Farragut-class destroyer USS Dale (DD-353).
