Bill McQuilkin, commander of Naval Forces Korea; and Brig. Gen. Neil Tolley, commander of Special Operations Command Korea; pause for a moment of silence after laying a wreath to honor those represented at the ROKS Cheonan 46 Warriors Memorial Tower on Baengnyeong Island. McQuilkin and Tolley visited the memorial, located about one nautical mile from where the ROKS Cheonan sank last March, while touring the island and the 6th Brigade facilities.
