Description
English: QUANTICO, Va. (Feb. 11, 2011) Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus speaks to new Navy Cross recipient Ned Seath following his Navy Cross pinning ceremony. The Navy Cross, second highest award of valor for Marines, was awarded to Seath 45 years after his actions in the Republic of South Vietnam, where he saved a company of Marines from being overrun through ingenuity and heroic action.
