English: ROTA, Spain (May 8, 2010) Service members and dependents read a plaque dedicating a baseball field at U.S. Naval Station Rota, Spain to Cmdr. Charles "Keith" Springle. Springle, a former medical service officer, was one of five service members killed by an Army sergeant at a military counseling clinic at Camp Liberty, Iraq in May 2009.
