English: CORONADO, Calif., (April 9, 2010) Capt. Keith Hamilton, commanding officer of Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest, Coronado City Mayor Casey Tanaka, and Capt. Yancy Lindsey, commanding officer of Naval Base Coronado, participate in a champagne bottle breaking ceremony for the berth at Lima Pier.
