English: COLUMBUS, Ohio (Sept. 2, 2009) James Woods, center, a retired Navy SEAL and safety officer with the U.S. Navy parachute team, the Leap Frogs, shows Navy Junior ROTC cadets from Franklin Heights High School how to pack a parachute. The Leap Frogs gave a parachuting demonstration during a Central Ohio Navy Week event. There are 21 Navy Weeks planned across America in 2009. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
