English: CORONADO, Calif., (July 14, 2009) Firefighters from the Navy Region Southwest Federal Fire Department simulate treating Cmdr. John Barry, assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light (HSL) 49 during a Reliant Series exercise at Naval Amphibious Base, Coronado. The exercise simulated an aircraft crash off base to test the readiness of military personnel and strengthen relationships with other agencies. The drill, hosted by the Navy Region Southwest Regional Training Team, included participants from Navy Region Southwest Federal Fire Department, the City of Coronado Fire Department, the City of Coronado Police Department and Naval Base Coronado personnel.
