Moleda is a former SEAL who was wounded in action in Panama in support of the mission Just Cause. The Team supported the event along with Special Warfare Operator 1st Class (SEAL) David Goggins. Goggins, who was a motivational speaker at the event, planned to compete in the race but was forced to pull out after doctors found a hole in his heart. The Leap Frogs are based in San Diego and perform at various locations across the country to showcase Navy excellence and raise awareness about Naval Special Warfare.
