Scott was given a tour of more than four ships at the naval base in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The MCPON’s visit to Lithuania provided the opportunity to strengthen enduring partnerships between the two North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) nations by providing the chance for Sailors to exchange ideas and learn about each other’s naval customs, strengths and priorities.
