English: CHINHAE, South Korea (Jan. 28, 2008) Cmdr. William Weedon, commanding officer of Commander, Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC), Matt Kuhn, youth programs facility manager for CFAC, and Lt. Troy Brown, public works officer for Navy Facilities Far East, Chinhae Offices, cut the ribbon commemorating the completion of $35,000 in upgrades to the command's Child Development Center. The center, formerly called the Youth Center, was for children ages 5 and above for after-school care. Now it is a daycare center for children ages 5 and under, as well as an after-school youth center. The upgrades included new furniture and toys, an open-area changing table and bathrooms and kitchen facilities that meet standards for the special care of small children.
